Products & colours

We make every effort to display our products and colours accurately. However, colours may look slightly different in person because of lighting, photography and screen settings, and handcrafted textiles have natural variations in shade, weave and print. These differences are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return.

Pricing & availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable or was listed at an incorrect price; in that case you'll receive a full refund.

Orders & payment

All orders are prepaid. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful. We do not offer cash on delivery. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 10 business days, and within 5 business days or less for metro cities. See our Shipping policy for details.

Returns & refunds

We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged, reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or colour differences. See our Return & refund policy for details.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photos, text and designs, belongs to Saanvi and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Saanvi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
