Shipping

We currently ship across India. All orders are prepaid.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 10 business days of being placed. Orders to metro cities usually arrive in 5 business days or less. Remote areas and festive-season rushes may take a little longer, and we'll keep you posted if there's any delay.

Handwork sarees and dupattas: if the piece is in stock (shown as “Ready to ship” on the product page), it is dispatched within 2–3 days. If it is not in stock (shown as “Made to order”), it is made for you after you order, which takes about 10–15 days, plus the usual delivery time above.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges: ₹50 within Maharashtra and ₹100 for the rest of India. Shipping is free on all orders of ₹4,000 and above. The final charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order ships.

Receiving your parcel

Please record an unboxing video when you open your parcel. If anything arrives damaged, this video is required to raise a claim under our Return & refund policy.

Address & delivery issues

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
