Are the dupattas woven or printed?
Our Navratna and Manek Chowk meenakari dupattas are woven in semi silk, with the motifs woven into the fabric. Our tote bags carry a Patola-inspired print.
What size are the dupattas?
Our Navratna and Manek Chowk dupattas are about 2.5 metres long and 44 inches wide. Our handwork dupattas are 2.30 metres long and 44 inches wide.
How do I care for my dupatta?
Dry clean for the first wash. After that, a gentle hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, dried in shade, keeps the colours bright. Iron on low heat on the reverse side.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
We photograph every piece in natural light to keep colours as true as possible. Still, colours may look slightly different in person because of lighting and screen settings, and handcrafted textiles have small natural variations in shade and weave. Please note that colour differences are not covered for returns.
Are handwork pieces ready to ship or made to order?
It depends on what we have in hand. If a handwork saree or dupatta is in stock, the product page shows “Ready to ship” and it is dispatched within 2–3 days. If it is not in stock, the page shows “Made to order”: our artisans make it for you, which takes about 10–15 days, and it is then shipped. Please allow for the usual delivery time on top of this.
Can I return or exchange?
As a small business, we accept returns only for products that arrive damaged. Please record an unboxing video and email us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and photos. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or colour preference. Handwork sarees and dupattas cannot be returned or exchanged. See our Return & refund policy for full details.
How much is shipping?
Within Maharashtra: ₹50
Rest of India: ₹100
Free shipping on all orders of ₹4,000 and above.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Metro cities usually receive orders in 5 business days or less. For made-to-order handwork pieces, add 10 to 15 days for making. More in our Shipping policy.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No, all orders are prepaid. You can pay securely online at checkout.
A product says “Sold out”. Will it come back?
Many of our pieces are limited. Tap Notify me on the product page and leave your email. We'll let you know as soon as it's back.
